Could not be happier with my dealings with Window Depot. I’ve had windows replaced before by other companies, and this was by far the easiest and best experience. Very quick scheduling compared to the competition and very good prices. Communication was excellent. I dealt personally with the owner throughout the process and was fully aware of every development. He bent over backward to accommodate my scheduling constraints. The installation crew was very efficient and professional. I was very pleased with every step of the process.

Had them replace a window a few months ago and it was a wonderful process. Charles came out to my house the next day after I called and got everything ordered for the repair. When my window came in (it was a specialty type that had to be ordered), Vlad was my repairman and he was great, quick, and efficient. Great prices and people to work with.

A veteran owned honest,fair and reputable dealer selling ProVia doors and windows. Their prices are fair and the quality of the ProVia products are superb. Chuck is a “hands on” owner. Their door installers are not just installers but craftsmen too. We have a 109 year old home in a fab residential neighborhood BUT!! Everything has to be specially made as nothing is standard in a house this old. The installer Brandon is a perfectionist and loves redoing old homes. Give them a call you will not be disappointed with their service or their products.

My front door used to look like it got kicked in weekly, and my window looked like it lost a bar fight. Now everything looks so good I’m scared to touch it! I would give seven or eight stars if I could. I replaced a large half circle window and two windows below it. The entire experience from requesting an estimate through completion of the project was terrific. Charles provided excellent communication through ordering and scheduling the installation. The installation crew was on time, professional, very pleasant and cleaned up after. Overall time to complete the project was better than I expected. I strongly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Window Depot was very reliable and got the job done. They were easy to work with and explained the process well. We got a new 3 pane picture window in our dining area that the owner designed after a tree came through from the hurricane. My 15 year old builder grade windows were shot. Heat could be felt leaking through the southern and western side of my house. My power bills were ridiculous. Thanks to Charles and his crew, that is all done now. They spent 2 days carefully carving the windows out to replace them with my custom, perfect fit, double hung windows, a new sliding bathroom window, a decorative half circle with small horizontal window and a beautiful new French door. They are all beautiful and Angie redid the molding around the French door and it is much better than the original. She even painted it to match. I am extremely satisfied with the product. The windows are now cool to the touch and you can no longer feel the heat coming from them. I have a few more windows that will likely need replacement in the next year as well. I know who I will be calling. Happy customer here.
